Former board member urges posting of Williams compliance notices, deeper bond oversight

The speaker suggested the committee should request regular appearances by the inspector general and take deeper dives on large projects such as bus electrification and multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar modernization projects.
The chair and members acknowledged the comments; several members said they expected staff to continue follow-up and to include inspector‑general findings in future oversight work.
