The board accepted the April 2, 2026 minutes and then voted to approve a replat for Meadows of Fairfield Lot 3, a variance and minor subdivision for Bowser Homestead, the Payton Acres three-lot subdivision and utility permits for Metro Communications and NIPCO projects that will cross county-regulated drains.
The most immediate impacts are on property boundaries and on where utilities will cross regulated drainage features.
