Finance Committee backs FY27 budget, recommends $1.29M water meter borrowing and 23 other warrant items

The Millis Finance Committee on April 15 held a detailed review of the May 2026 Town Meeting warrant and recommended approval for Articles 1–24, including the operating budget and several borrowing and capital items.
