Representative Kahaloa moved to adopt standing committee reports nos. 2169-26 through 2178-26 and to refer the accompanied Senate concurrent resolutions to their designated committees; Representative Morikawa seconded. Representative Garcia registered "with reservations" on multiple reports during the floor discussion. The House took a voice vote and the motion carried.
Later, Representative Kahaloa moved to adopt standing committee reports nos. 2179-26 and 2180-26; Representative Morikawa seconded. The House again took a voice vote and the motion carried.
Chamber leadership reminded committee chairs that the lateral filing deadline for Senate concurrent resolutions and related committee reports and drafts is 6:00 p.m. today and requested that materials be filed with the chief clerk's office by that time. Mr. Clark reported attendance at the start of the session: 50 members present and one member not present.
Representative Morikawa moved that the House stand adjourned until 12:00 noon Monday; Representative Garcia seconded. The motion passed on a voice vote and the House adjourned until the stated time.
