On JLCD (medication administration), a committee member said earlier reservations were alleviated after information from Dr. Parkinson and the lead nurse: "If it's saving a life, it's saving a life and that's really what matters," the member said, noting support from district clinical staff. The committee then approved the policy on a roll‑call vote.
Both policies were presented as second‑read items with no substantive amendments at the meeting; the committee adopted them to align with state definitions and district health guidance.
