La Crosse County Human Services sets invoice deadline, tightens CCS/CLTS supervision and vendor-quality standards

"The 2025 invoice date will be January 9th," Minger said, and county staff added that the state’s Medical Assistance deadline requires counties to have materials processed by Jan. 31.
