Executive director Laura described the program’s model: weekly outdoor "dinner parties" to build relationships, immediate distribution of meals and hygiene items, and fully funded pathways into detox and long‑term residential recovery for participants who accept help. Laura told the council the nine months in Grace Church’s parking lot produced about 1,850 meals, 3,762 pounds of clothing and 43 recovery placements.
Keith (Keith Koffield), a former participant who described a long history of homelessness and addiction, spoke about his recovery and current role with the organization. Laura asked the council and the public to notify the organization if they know available weekly space; she said the group needs minimal indoor storage and weekly parking for volunteers and set‑up.
Council members thanked We See You for its service and said staff would follow up on contact information and possible site leads.
