The panel also approved Resolution 121, a $390,000 contract amendment with the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley to administer a grant program supporting Ulster County emergency food service providers (term Apr. 1–Mar. 31, 2027), and Resolution 126, a $50,720 amendment with Catamount Color for printing and delivery of the county travel guide for the May 26–Apr. 30, 2027 term. Director Lisa Burgerer explained printing quantities, delivery logistics and how matching funds from I Love New York factor into the county’s budget treatment for the guide.
Resolution 155 confirmed Joshua Stratton Rainer as director of economic development; members approved the appointment by voice vote after no discussion.
Votes were recorded as voice approvals for each resolution; the meeting transcript records committee members answering "aye" to the calls for approval. The committee moved to adjourn after brief announcements about a reimagining committee and upcoming community events.
