Sergeant Bartholomew’s prior traffic studies were referenced as sources of recent data; counselors asked whether collection points are chosen by HPD or requested by councilors and noted that a comprehensive, citywide approach would be more useful for prioritization.
The committee asked HPD and DPW to provide the full list of candidate sites and related compliance reports. The matter was tabled until staff return with the requested data; item 10 (traffic reports) was received for the record.
