Director Tim Rivers’ letter, discussed during the meeting, described pros and cons and noted uncertainty in the evolving evidence base. Counselors agreed the board’s communications satisfied the order’s request for an update. Chair Anne Tolheimer moved that items 4–6 be marked "complied with" after staff confirm whether the materials can also be posted in a visible place on the city website or via the Board of Health’s pages.
Counselors expressed interest in further local outreach and monitoring as state-level changes are considered; no regulatory changes were adopted at this meeting.
