The Olive Branch board on Oct. 21 voted to table indefinitely a final plat application for the Aninsley Point subdivision after staff said the developer has not resolved right-of-way issues needed to create a T-shaped intersection.
Dr. Song told the board the request affects a single residential lot of about 0.78 acres at 6602 Hamilton Circle North and that right-of-way dedication remains under discussion with a neighboring property owner. "He's asking that it be tabled indefinitely because they have not yet resolved the right of way issues," Dr. Song said.
Mr. Gamage moved to table the item; Miss Hamilton seconded the motion. The board approved the tabling by voice vote.
Because the dedication is required to complete the proposed intersection, staff and the applicant will need to reach an agreement before the item is returned to the board. No new date was set.
The decision leaves the existing zoning and subdivision status unchanged for the parcel. The applicant has the option to refile or request that the item be restored to a future agenda once the right-of-way matters are resolved.
