Adams County approves GCSA event‑center permit with conditions and limited hours

"I just wanna have everything, nice, safe, and quiet," Aldana said while explaining plans for security officers, parking, and cleanup staff.
Conditions and next steps: staff and commissioners made the permit conditional on final approvals from Bennett Watkins Fire Rescue and CDPHE water sampling and monitoring approvals, completion of required roadway and stormwater improvements, and passing inspections for landscaping and parking. The board also included language allowing administrative oversight and a show-cause process to address complaints during the permit term.
The motion to approve was moved, seconded and passed. The applicant and staff will return with final approvals and the county will monitor compliance under the conditions set by the board.
