During public comment Tommy Kov urged adding Patriot Park to serve rural families; MCAS staff said Patriot Park had not previously been used and that site choice reflects participation data, but staff said they would consider the suggestion.
MCAS representation at the meeting was noted in the packet as "Britney Rodriguez, Michigan City Area Schools food services director," while a speaker at the meeting identified herself as "Chef Brady Rodriguez, the new food service director for Michigan City Area Schools." The transcript contains both names; the board accepted the program request and carried the motion.
