Dylan said; the board approved the request and advised contacting the parks department about picnic tables.
A single garage-sale permit was approved by motion.
At a late business-license hearing, owner Shantavia Jones told the board she missed a renewal while experiencing postpartum challenges but had submitted required materials and asked that the late fee be waived. Lisa, an associate, supported Jones's account; the board waived the late fee and allowed her to pay the outstanding $200 to reinstate the license.
In a separate late-rental-registration hearing, property owner Alberto Roman said travel prevented him from meeting registration deadlines; staff said no previous appeals existed and the board waived the late fees for the three properties described. Staff offered paperwork and the option to pay today.
All actions were taken by motion and voice vote; no roll-call tallies were read into the transcript.
