Rosanne Ernsburgger said dispatchers follow scripted protocols and work in tandem to gather information and send help, and she praised the staff’s dedication and high performance standards.
The commissioners read a proclamation recognizing the week and recorded the document as signed on April 16, 2026. The board noted plans to take a commemorative photo at the end of the session.
