Community member requests auditorium use for Warriors Rock veterans concert on Aug. 16

Dave Payback, who identified himself as living at 1673 Lisette Drive in Monaca, addressed the board to request the use of the middle school auditorium on Sunday, Aug. 16 for the Warriors Rock concert that honors veterans and first responders. He said he had met with Mr. Patterson and Mr. Stevenson to discuss logistics and presented a use application to administration.

Payback said the group would likely need access beginning about 10:00 a.m. for load-in and setup; doors would open at 2:00 p.m., the concert would run roughly 3:00–5:30 p.m., and the event will include a catered buffet-style dinner using cafeteria tables and chairs. He described the event’s veteran recognition segments and use of youth volunteers and community members for setup and operation.
