The Lee County Board of Education approved several routine business items at its Nov. 10 meeting.
The board unanimously approved minutes from the Oct. 20 regular meeting and Nov. 4 college meeting. It accepted the September 2025 financial report after a brief presentation and approved the personnel consent agenda and the broader consent agenda, which included out‑of‑state/overnight trips, facility use requests and a first‑draft student electronic device policy.
The board also voted to enter executive session to discuss appointment, employment and related personnel matters, including interviewing applicants for the superintendent position. Where votes were taken on consent items, the board recorded roll calls of support and motions carried unanimously or by 5–0 as noted in the meeting record.
No formal policy adoptions or tax rate changes were made during the meeting.
