Facilities staff reported bids for pavement repairs and a recommended deep cleaning of elementary HVAC units (bid roughly $20,023 for 18 units). After discussion about summer scheduling and prioritization, the board moved to approve the HVAC deep‑cleaning bid and voted to proceed.
During executive session the board considered personnel matters. On return, the board accepted the resignations of an assistant HHS football coach, the high school dance team coach and the cross‑country coach. The board also approved certified hires for an eighth‑grade social studies teacher, a sixth‑grade math teacher, and a grades‑5‑12 music teacher for the remainder of the school year.
