The Del City Board of Adjustment approved the minutes of its March 9, 2026 meeting by voice vote during its April 13 meeting.
During board-member input, Christy Dwayne announced she will move out of Del City at the end of the month but said she intends to keep property in the city and remain active in neighborhood watch. Dwayne said, “It’s been a pleasure working with all of you,” and noted she expects to return and continue attending neighborhood-watch meetings.
A member also raised an ongoing concern about the visibility of traffic signals at 15th Street and Interstate 40, saying the signals are hard to see when approaching eastbound and suggesting the Oklahoma Department of Transportation be asked to review the issue. The board then moved to adjourn; the meeting ended at 6:16 p.m.
