A motion to approve the application to proceed with the license application, clarified to require cans and bottles only (no bottled mixed drinks or full-liquor service), was made and seconded. The commission voted in favor.
The commission recorded the approval on the record; staff noted the license application will remain subject to the usual town and state permitting processes and any conditions the licensing authority imposes.
