At the conclusion of open session on March 3, the Catalina Foothills Unified School District governing board moved into executive session to discuss employee salary, wage and benefit proposals for 2026–27 under Arizona Revised Statutes 38-431.03(A)(1).
A motion to enter executive session was moved and seconded; the board voted in favor and the public livestream was closed before the executive session began. The chair noted that when the executive session concluded the board would return only to make a motion to adjourn and that no additional open-session business would occur.
