- A $600 quote from HSS to add functionality creating reversing entries for posted general ledger transactions to allow reversals discovered after the spending freeze.
- A $2,000 contract with Seven Mountains Media for an advertising campaign recognizing May as Mental Health Month (April 28–May 15, 2026), consisting of 75 60-second commercials across three local stations plus in-kind public service announcements.
- An amendment to Resolution 123-2026 to add tree trimming along County Road 101 by Henry Enterprise Inc. at $1,400 per day for up to four days (not to exceed $6,000). Staff confirmed multiple bids were solicited.
- A $1,059.50 quote from Allegheny Overhead Door LLC to replace the bottom panel of a garage door at the county highway department (staff said the door is deteriorating; other quotes sought full replacement).
- A $125 pavilion rental and catering at $14.25 per meal at DelGrosso's Amusement Park for an employee wellness event.
- An estimated $1,145 contract with Altus Softwater to provide water treatment services at Fort Roberdeau for May–October 2026.
Finally, commissioners voted to dissolve the Blair County Historic Preservation Advisory Committee and transfer its duties, responsibilities and accounts back to the county. The meeting adjourned, and the board set its next meeting for Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
