Sutter County board issues proclamations and honors employees, volunteers and community groups

County Administrator Steve Smith invited the public to a museum exhibit opening and announced a rescheduled budget study session on April 29 at 6 p.m.
The recognitions were ceremonial and no formal policy changes or funding actions were taken at the meeting.
