Chair Kari Bliss opened the meeting at 2:02 p.m., and DJ Droski of the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) discussed Year Two funding availability, saying the state is assisting the county with amendments to allocate $360,000 this year and $360,000 next year with the ability to amend before July 2027.
