The Roller Park (skatepark) construction is underway with a contractor from California; Julie said crews expect to progress quickly once mobilized. Design work on Napoleon Softball Complex upgrades is nearing completion and a public hearing is planned at the next council meeting for North Market Square updates, including playground replacement and court improvements.
