Ramirez said the spring awards included $10,000 for Down Syndrome Network of Oregon’s 25th annual Buddy Walk, $5,000 to the Kiwanis Club of Lake Oswego Foundation for basic needs support, and smaller awards to local nonprofits for library programming, transitional shelter repairs and youth bike safety.
