Griffin-Spalding spotlights Crescent Road Elementary, mentor programs and MTSS recognitions

The Griffin-Spalding County Board of Education on Jan. 27 recognized Crescent Road Elementary and a network of community mentor programs, while also announcing several Georgia MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) honors.
"We currently have 458 scholars at Crescent," said the presenter for the spotlight, noting the school’s CC RPI of 84.5 and that third- and fifth-grade students exceeded state averages in several subjects. "Our students have already read over 11,000 books," the presenter added.
