City recognizes Community Development director Robert Holtz with Stars Award

"He represents the city in a positive light," Randolph said while presenting the award.
Holtz accepted the recognition and thanked family members and colleagues who attended. City staff from Building and Codes were on hand in support.
No formal action or vote was required; the presentation was a ceremonial portion of the council meeting.
