A new‑construction application for 10733 Northeast 9th Avenue (6F10733) was approved while staff and members noted additional building‑department permitting and documentation would follow during permitting.
The board also approved minutes from its April 6, 2026 meeting and set the next meeting for May 4. Several approvals were conditional on applicants submitting updated surveys or obtaining required permits from the building department.
