Board approves additional floater security position under Synergy Security contract

Chief Donald Britt and Dr. Warren presented contract background, noting the board previously approved a contract to provide security for 11 elementary schools at a cost of $437,187. The amendment to add the floater was presented as a revision to the existing Synergy Security LLC contract for the 2025–26 school year.
Miss McDonald moved to approve the revision; Miss Weldon seconded. Board members voted to approve the amendment by voice vote.
