Town attorney’s office staff member Alex Mestas told the council the Douglas County Assessor declined to accept certain conveyances via the previously approved 2024 plat, leaving some parcels listed with joint or multiple owners in county records. To correct the public record, staff proposed separate quitclaim deeds and resolutions to (1) quitclaim the town’s interest in two future commercial parcels (tracts G and H) to 98 West Parker LLLP, and (2) accept three tracts from Melrose…
