Staff said the increase reflects funds reallocated from a multi-family project in Addison (Bradford Courts) to single-family homes after contractors reported how many additional homes they can complete before the program-year deadline. "You have to spend all of this money by June 30th," a county staff member told the committee, explaining the timing pressure that prompted the reallocation.
