He stated: "You have earned special fees in the amount of $5,100 and reimbursables are $374.56," and later listed construction line items including general construction ($174,696.78), HVAC ($91,999.42), electrical ($83,100.30), plumbing ($31,250.70) and fire‑sprinkler work ($48,664.70). He also noted lab testing, security frames and other charges; the documents as discussed showed a drawn total in the mid‑$457,000 range and a recommended payment application for April 1.
Board members asked clarifying questions about interest and where it appears on the draw schedule; John pointed to an "interest earned" line on the draw schedule and confirmed a recorded interest figure of $5,855.17 that had been added after the initial submission.
After the presentation the board moved to approve the April 1 pay application. A voice vote carried the motion.
