Skyler Gardner (developer representative) confirmed a minor remnant parcel had been incorporated into the revised plat and that phase 5 east shows ~64% open space for that phase. Residents raised concerns that community‑installed trails on private parcels were placed with permission but not formally dedicated; staff explained those trails were permitted temporarily and become permanent only if dedicated during a formal plat/phase process.
Commissioners approved both final plats with standard conditions that remaining engineering and recorder comments be resolved prior to final recordation.
