Later the commission moved to adopt the evening’s agenda. Commissioner Runberg moved to approve the agenda and Commissioner Cubitt seconded; the clerk conducted a roll-call and the agenda was adopted by unanimous vote.
The commission then approved the consent agenda. Commissioner Tenny moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner Zatti seconded; the clerk recorded a roll-call vote of eight yes and the consent agenda was adopted.
No substantive policy items were decided by those procedural votes; the meeting proceeded to presentations and public comment.
