License committee elects Pam as chair pro tem and approves change of agent for Malva Cultural Center

The De Pere License Committee on April 21, 2026 elected Pam as chair pro tem and approved a change of agent for De Pere Cultural Foundation Inc., doing business as Malva Cultural Center, the committee record shows.

The committee opened the meeting and moved to elect a chair pro tem after a member proposed Pam for the role. Pam accepted the nomination.
