Dr. Jeremy Hill, district administrator, told the board the proposal reflected consultation with union leadership and included lane and step advancements where appropriate. "The recommendation then from me is to apply that 2.63 across the board," Hill said during the meeting.

At the same meeting the board approved the consent agenda, which included proof of public notice, March meeting minutes, a check summary for $359,938.70, retirements (including Eric Anderson), resignations (Matt Misera, Samantha Severson and Austin Jones) and an appointment (Sarah Howard as pool manager).
