The agreement covers services from design through construction. The engineer said the city will coordinate with MnDOT—including ADA, traffic and pedestrian-bike reviewers—and that timing may be phased with other MnDOT-funded projects.
Council moved and approved the agreement by voice vote. City staff said costs in the agreement are consistent with the funding application; exact construction timing will depend on further coordination with MnDOT.
