Bay County commissioners approve slate of routine resolutions, appoint Jamal Watson Sr.

The Bay County Board of Commissioners approved a series of routine resolutions and appointments at its April 21 meeting, advancing measures ranging from recognition of local academic achievement to personnel appointments and a county lease with the State of Michigan.

Commissioner Ruff presented a slate of committee-of-the-whole items that the board moved to receive and approve without substantive discussion.
