Ryan said the KJ agreement covers planning and aeronautical survey services with a contract value near $365,000 and that the grant applications include additional items (a required independent fee estimate and modest administrative costs) bringing the total funding request to about $370,000. Ryan stated the estimated federal share is 95% with an estimated state share of 2.5% and a local share of 2.5%. He noted this is the last fiscal year covered by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act program for these AIP funds and said award notifications are typically made around July.
After brief discussion about timing and paperwork, the commission authorized signatures on the grant applications and certifications.
