Pocomoke City council adopts rezoning to Planned Redevelopment District for Old Virginia Road parcel

The Pocomoke City Council on April 20 adopted Ordinance 2026-08, amending the official zoning map to designate a parcel on Old Virginia Road (tax map 402 grid 11, parcel ID referenced in the record) as a Planned Redevelopment District (PRD).
