“Hi, my name is Ireland. It's really nice to meet all of you,” Ireland said, then explained the device monitors water level and whether the pump is running. She said she completed prototype work using 3D printing and workshops provided by the startup program and was scheduled to pitch in Jeffersonville the following day.
Board members congratulated Ireland and wished her luck at the competition. Dr. Willman introduced the recognition and encouraged the board and community to support student entrepreneurship.
