After discussion about budgeting and reimbursement procedures, the committee made a motion to set the county contribution at $175,000 and to fund the project from economic development reserves, with the college to provide bids and supporting paperwork before reimbursement. The motion carried by voice vote. Staff said the final payment would follow receipt of bids and the usual procurement documentation.
