Kevin Sullivan, the project manager for Left Field Project Management, said the team is finishing the feasibility phase and expects to submit a preferred schematic to the MSBA soon. "We're in the feasibility study phase," Sullivan said, adding the team had developed a set of options and would narrow them in the preferred schematic.
