Captain Caballero said those points remain under discussion and that the administration did not have a finalized sign-off procedure to announce.
The Chair also noted an exception to a bar moratorium for McLuney's is on the consent agenda and that an ordinance is scheduled for first reading; the Chair said there would be an amendment to remove an executive session from the evening agenda. No formal votes on the paid-time-off policy were recorded in the work-session transcript, and Captain Caballero reported no further updates. The meeting adjourned until 5:30 p.m.
