Planning commission kicks off 2050 comprehensive-plan update and tables detailed review to January

He said the system statement projects roughly 13,100 people in 2040 and 13,000 in 2050 for North St. Paul, and noted household estimates (about 5,300 households in the Met Council documents and a Ramsey County figure of around 5,001 households for a recent count).
