New business — settlement agreement: The board voted to add and approve a settlement agreement resolving a grievance between the Roselle Park Board of Education and the Roselle Park Education Association regarding entitlement to a six‑period stipend; the roll call recorded unanimous or majority support except for one "no" vote by Lucy Figerito and a recusal by the board president for that vote.
