I'm also interacting with the customers and just make sure everything is staying done.” She told the reporter she began volunteering while in high school and returned this year because she enjoyed the experience.
Another field report featured BCTV's Matt Golden with County Council Vice Chair Anna Maria Tavernise at Frog Fest, which the bulletin described as kicking off with a 5K and 10K runway race and then opening to the broader community with bands, food trucks and other activities. Tavernise said the event draws a broad age range and supports military and veterans; the Civil Air Patrol performed the national anthem. The bulletin said proceeds go to a local cause but did not specify the recipient.
