Two defendants (Mr. Lavender and Mr. Whitfield) accepted SSD extensions and were directed to make full payment in person at the clerk’s traffic window by May 5 or the court would issue arrest warrants; payment plans and partial payments were allowed only if full payment was completed by the deadline. Other SSD matters (including Mosby and Hazim) were resolved by agreement to accept SSD modifications and the clerk will send modification orders by email. The court instructed any defendant who wished to contest the SSD decision to speak with counsel or the probation/parole office and noted that credit for time served or prior compliance could affect non‑reporting status.
Court staff will circulate SSD modification orders by email and defendants present in the courthouse were encouraged to make partial payments before leaving to avoid arrest warrants.
