Miss Flowers read the roll calls and the motions were recorded as approved. No formal vote authorizing outsourcing of paraprofessionals occurred during the meeting.
Board members noted that further discussion and legal review will be required before any contract award and that the administration will return with additional analysis at a future meeting.
